This gorgeous rod is built on a fine crafted med-fast action Rainshadow RX7 2-piece 9ft. 3wt. rod blank. The snake and stripper guide are Hopkins and Holloway just like high end brand name rods. The reel seat is a Struble U-24 nickel silver uplocking with a Red Palm insert and butt cap. On the handle I used Exotic Red Palm on each end and the middle plus two smaller rings also used is African Black wood burl cork and fly foam for the green accent rings. The feather inlay uses several feathers that turned out very well. There is also jungle cock inlay for alignment marks. This rod will fish well for bluegill as well as trout and similar fish. Rod comes with rod sock and tube with your name on the rod and rod sock. I will warranty workmanship for life to original owner. If broken, rod will be fixed for cost of part only or repaired.
